Patch Notes - Update 43.1
Update 43.1 heavily rebalances LMGs by slowing ADS, reducing vehicle damage, weakening firing-position recoil control, and lowering RPD/M249 spawn rates. It adds kicks, expanded item carrying and instant-use systems, water-surface combat, faster swimming, boat changes, and parachute adjustments. Console hitboxes are enlarged, while Ranked, Arcade, and leaderboard systems receive gameplay updates.

Crouching firing-position recoil control reduced by 17%.
World spawn rates reduced by 30%.
Standing Kick and Jump Kick added for unarmed players; kicks deal more damage and knockback than punches and can affect players and objects.
Kicks can destroy windows, wooden doors, wooden fences, jars, and tires, quickly open some indestructible doors, and damage vending machines to obtain items faster.
Sidearms and throwables can be used on the water surface; sidearms support hip-fire and ADS with increased spread, while throwables use overhand throws only.
Swimming and diving movement speed increased by 25%, with directional speed adjusted.
Boat durability increased overall.
Firearm damage modifiers standardized so all boats receive 50% damage from firearms.
Boats can be repaired on the water surface with an All-in-One Repair Kit, but not underwater.
Certain ground items can be carried without using inventory space; one item type can be carried at a time, including attachments, healing and boost items, armor, backpacks, throwables, and ammunition.
Carried items can be thrown, with distance and method determined by item size; thrown items collide with terrain and deal no player damage.
Fixed parts of the Kill Count animation not displaying correctly during gameplay.
Walking, running, and jumping remain possible while carrying, while crouching, going prone, looting, using items, player interactions, and the Emote Wheel are unavailable; vehicles, weapons, swimming, vaulting, climbing, knockouts, and death cancel carrying.
Players can jump and open Care Packages while carrying a death box; vaulting or switching weapons drops it.
Healing, boost, deployable, Mortar, and C4 items can be used directly from the ground without entering inventory.
Consecutive-use items such as Bandages can be used repeatedly from a ground stack; stopping drops the remainder at the player's feet.
Folded Shields and Mortars can be retrieved with the H key and appear among retrievable deployed items.
Deployment and retrieval time reduced.
Fixed Free Look unintentionally evading stun effects; effects now consider both camera view and character-facing direction.
Automatic activation height after Emergency Pickup increased from 150 m to 250 m, and after respawning reduced from 330 m to 250 m.
Minimum deployment height reduced from 10 m to 9 m.
Once available during a fall, the deployment button no longer becomes disabled.
Landing before the parachute fully deploys now causes fall damage based on falling speed.
Solo Deathmatch added to Arcade and Custom Match for a limited service period.
Match Results now show team and player combat records, top performers, all participating teams, and detailed kills, damage, assists, headshots, and revives.
Minimum performance requirements for Gold and higher tiers increased in Solo and Duo modes.
TPP Duo Ranked service discontinued in the SA region.
Career now includes leaderboards for Ranked, wins, kills, and clans, showing seasonal regional rankings and the top 500 players.
PC Duo Rumble returns in AS, EU, and NA with five stages, two-player crews, Normal Duo TPP matches, and Erangel, Taego, Miramar, and Rondo rotations.
Matches flagged for abnormal play no longer grant in-game rewards or progression.
Fixed UGC fuel-consumption values not applying to Special Vehicle Skins.
Fixed reticle brightness settings not being saved.
